In the bankruptcy documents the Pook crystal, which was never sent to TG, the finder, is listed as an asset. If there were other unawarded jewels they would have been listed as well. Since there isn't other unawarded jewels listed as assets then it's a safe bet there are no more to find.
Of course, I've been saying this since 2005....
Hey pooky, where did you see the bankruptcy documents? How long ago did TG find the token and why was the crystal never sent to him/her?

Docs are available online, I downloaded them from http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/ with case number 07-12306 (many states used that same number, just look for Treasure's Trove, in New York) and many people here have seen them. (It cost 8 cents a page to view documents.) We can only speculate why the crystal was never sent out. Terri is just as perplexed as anyone. One theory is that it's too fragile to ship so they were making other arrangements when the bankruptcy came up and it just got caught up in it. The court documents list everything ATT owns right down to the number of chairs in the office so if there were other jewels I'm sure they'd be listed. The documents contain some very personal information so I am not going to post them here.

The contest officially ends in 24 days, so hopefully MS will release some sort of statement then to tie up loose ends, such as the unsolved online clues. But given his history, I am not holding my breath. One can only hope.

I am one of the people that still believe ATT is a hunt for more than 13 jewels. MS may have taken the same approach as he did with the DAR rings -- don't build the jewel/amulate until it is actually found/claimed. Thus, the asset sheet would not show anything now other than Pook and the five rings.
