    Default Somewhat unusual photography

    Some pictures of LIVING gems!

    These are purebred Red Golden Pheasants, Chrysolophus Pictus. I raise them on my farm.
    They are very difficult to take pictures of.

    By the way, an "Ameraucana" is a variety of purebred chicken which lays blue eggs. I maintain and show a large flock of the black colored birds.

    The bare area where the birds are standing is a "dust bath" area where they kick back and relax.

    I have a friend who breeds fighting fish. I have Xenopus leavis frogs which would eat them so I cannot raise fighting fish !

    liviasmimi, I have given the finder of the first silver bullion (clue #2) the location of the exact tree. Hopefully he will find something tommorow. We have made a plan on this .
    (And I hope he does find it! )
