    Default Bee dialogue, very interezzzting

I know have been posting about insect dialogue and here is another thought.... Our friend, Bee. He speaks a total of 5 times in the book(again please correct me if i'm wrong)

    1. “I’ll zzzzzpeak to him," buzzed the Bee, "My pleazzzure.” (pg 50)
    2. “Hizzz hearing izzz fine,” he reported. “He’zz juzzzt zzztupid.” (pg 50)
    3. “I told you he wazz zzztupid,” said Bee (pg 53)
    4. “Izzz there honey?” buzzed Bee (pg 97)
    5. “Don’t we have any honeysuckle?” asked Bee
    (pg 97)

Okay, notice how in the first four quotes the letter "s" is replaced by a numerous amount of z's. First, the amount of z's each time varies, there could be something with that, but nothing jumps out to me. Secondly, the fifth quote has a letter "s" in honeysuckle. But the "s" isn't turned into a "z" unlike the first four quotes. I realize that from a literary perspective MS is replacing "s" with "z" when Bee talks to emulate a buzzing sound, so why not continue the trend with the last quote? Doesn't make any sense....

If you take the capital letters from Bee's dialogue and anagram you get 'I HID HIM'. Probably meaningless, but who knows. I also spent some time working on all the creatures' dialogue, but came up empty-handed. I haven't had much time for this lately!

    Default dialogue

Counting the z's in each sentence I get:
    8
    14
    5
    3
    0

    84530 = La Sal, UT

    Also...

    8
    5 (1+4)
    5
    3
    0

    85530 = Bylas, AZ

I read the sentences like this:

    Chp 9 pg 50
First sentence has a period after Bee.
And fourth sentence is missing the beginning quotations.

"I'll zzzzzpeak to him," buzzed Bee. (5)
    "My pleazzzure." (3)
"Hizzz hearing izzz fine," he reported. (6)
He'zz juzzzt zzztupid." ( (notice the missing quotations)

    Chp 10 pg 53
"I told you he wazz zzztupid." said Bee. (5)

    Chp 20 pg 97
"Izzz there honey?" buzzed Bee. (3)
"Don't we have any honeysuckle?" asked Bee.

    5 3 6 8 5 3

boiler.... I also think it is interesting about the lack z in honeysuckle.

Maybe a lack of z's in honeysuckle should be a zero in your number sequence.

Debz, it occurred to me when I read your post that you did NOT count the "z's" in BUZZED. I think they might be included - in at least one of the test theories.

True they are not dialogue, but why not have one test theory that includes ALL the z's in this section in a number string. Hmmm?

You could also look at it as only the extra "z" letters in the words.

    Making it 42432

And maybe Bee did not ask about the honeysuckle.

And so, what to make of 42432?

And, who could be asking about honeysuckle?
Spider asks on chp 3, pg 24: "I would prefer to eat the human with some dandelion greens and a nice honeysuckle wine," thought Spider.
