    Default BTK serial killer

This is COMPLETELY off topic. I simply thought that some of you puzzle-minded people might find this article intersting. I am NOT drawing any similarities between this murderer and the author or anyone else. This article is not appropriate for children to read.

well we can thank our lucky stars that we only do this for fun - I can't imagine the fear if you were doing it to solve a murder - and if you solved it in time you could stop another..... horrid thought

BTK's clues and ciphers are pretty simple compared to the likes of Zodiac and what not. All of the clues and ciphers written by both killers are available at the Crime Library web site ... crimeweb.com or something like that

As long as we're looking at the DARK-SIDE, have you read the cryptograms and solutions for the Black Dahlia murder?
Good thing it wasn't up to me to solve this one...

I'm not even sure I comprehend it after reading the solutions. Check it out: http://blackdahliasolution.org/crypto3.htm#

It truly is a thin line between genius and insanity...

Not to sound morbid, but I saw a similarity between BTK and Spider. Didn't someone else see a similarity with 'Hannibal Lector', or some other horror movie? I hope this isn't going *that* way!
