    Default "It's under the big W !"

I don't know if anyone reading this message has seen the vintage movie that stars Phil Silvers. Every so often it's shown on television. The name of it escapes me right now. Since it was a popular movie then it probably is sold in Vidio stores. YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS MOVIE! When I bought my A Treasure's Trove book a couple of month's ago I was finding many clues in the book, and also joined the forums and discovered more clues with the help of fellow clue seekers. At that time no one had found a token. I had the poem, grid, text and pictures clues almost wrapped up and new I would soon have the locations. All of a sudden many other Treasure Trove clue seekers that had also gotten these clues discovered how to get the locations and as you see many tokens are now being found. I have now stopped searching the answer to the locations as I feel that I would not want to join a whole group of searchers converging on one park in a mad dash to be the one to find a token. This brings me chuckel when I visualize the movie I mentioned above where a suitcase of money was buried in a park under palm trees that formed a "W" (like the tree "W" in one of the captions in the Treasure Trove). The group of people comically try to outdo each other in a race to find the treasure. I have now turned my attention to metal detecting where I can find gold and silver tokens at my own leisure.

Just for reference sake, the name of the movie is "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" and the trees (in the movie) are in the shape of an W.

FYI, one of those trees has fallen recently. So the W no longer exists.
ok.. I can see I won't get anything done until 2007!

The movie was filmed in Santa Monica and one of the palm trees fell over about 5 years ago. It is still a very funny film. The cast is incredible. A Who's who of Hollywood. They way the characters get greedy and cut throat reminds me of.... Take the time to see it and Enjoy!
