Default WEST COAST has been ripped-off!

anyone upset that although he says within a days drive - absolutely none have been found on the west coast - most on east coast and then middle of country. I live in California - and really feel that we (washington, oregon, california) residents sort of got the shaft. And before everyone starts saying i'm bitter - i'm not just curious what others think.

my title has been x'd out but i was trying to say something like, bamboozled, shafter, jipped, hoodwinked, forgotten - whatever word you can think of that means - completley and totally ABANDONED!

NOTE FROM MODERATOR - I have replaced your x'ed out word with one that you suggested.

    Default West Coast

Well, there's still the Beetle token to be found as well as Pook. However, if it turns out the West Coast was left out, that just bits the big one!

I agree. That would be horrible. Not unfair, just lame.

    Moving on..

Maybe the high probability of earthquakes, forest fires, tsunamis, and gang shootings caused him to be w(n)ary of that area.

it's true beetle and pook are left. But i'm thinking at this point that would only leave 2 tokens on west coast (if they turn up there) - which still leaves the locations lopsided. Wonder why? Not to mention the jewel tour is all on east coast

Maybe for every token found, there is a mate on the "other" coast......not likely but a little less "lame" than just having the beetle out west. Let's face it, pook is a bonus and shouldn't even be considered when looking @ token placement. Paraphrasing here..."twelve tokens spread evenly throughout the land...." wouldn't include pook

    That's a pretty bigoted statement!

Are there gang shootings on the West Coast?

If so, where's the bigotry? (Unless we're supposed to embrace gangs.)

It seems to me that MS is very concerned with the legality of his hunt. That being said, I beleive the west coast states have more enviro-friendly laws that might limit the placement of tokens. (Similar to what happened in Arkansas with the caterpillar... I bet MS really didn't expect that in the deep south!)

Of course, I could be wrong. Any lawyers out there?
