    Default significant others?

Just out of curiosity, how many of you out there with significant others are equally addicted to this hunt? I myself share this burden alone. I have tried to get my boyfriend interested, and he has tried to help, but the compulsion for him is just not there.

I read a post earlier about a guy coming out of his office and discovering there were people living in his house called children and a wife. LOL!!!

It made me wonder what everyone else is up to, and gave me something to do for a minute other than staring at those infuriating blocks.

    Anyway...

I have a significnt other who doesn't share my passion/obsession, but he is supportive and ready to drive anywhere within reason. Actually, we flew to New Orleans, and that is quite a trek from Las Vegas. That's really supportive if I do say so myself.

My husband occasionally takes a look at some of the puzzles with me, but he's not the addict that I am. He's got a minor in geology, so the value, cut, clarity, etc. of the jewels is more intriguing to him than to me. Of course, I devote most of my time to my 5-month-old, but she's a trover-in-training! (Kidding, of course.)

My significant other hates ATT... he's gone so far as to make up lovely little songs around the house: "Red rover, red rover, send the treasure trover over!"

    Yes, he's hilarious.

Mine doesn't 'get it' but puts up with it.

Of course, I put up with his annoying habits like online games and Warhammer.

It's my turn for a change.

My entire family thinks I'm nuts!!! My husband just can't seem to understand why I didn't figure any of the puzzles out on my own. I tried to show him how to figure them out and he ran from me. It's not quite as easy and childish as he thinks. I only wish I had a token to show them all up. At least we have something to tell all our kids about. My poor daughter just got her book back because I was hogging it for the past 8 months. At least it better to be addicted to this rather than drinking, smoking, etc.
