    Default Need help please!!

While cleaning out some old papers and such of my father's and grandfather's I have found what looks like a code book. It is 4"x2-3/4" in size and maroon colored. It has about 10 printed pages with letters and symbols. It is dated July 1,1908.
Can someone help me either 1)decode the book OR 2)show the pages I have scanned here or somewhere else so someone can help solve my code book mystery? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Didn't know if I should throw the book away or what I should do with it.

i checked these languages out and the only thing i could find was "fy" can mean "oh" in swedish and "wie" can mean "how" in German. but that was all i could find. So it's not these:Swedish, Finish, Norwegian, Icelandic, German....I checked most of those because i thought some of the letter structures reminded me of my Maw Maw's books that were in Swedish and Finnish...but I was wrong. Good luck, bed time now.
