I happen to be a reality TV lover. Don't watch all of the reality shows. But have seen my fair share.

I happened to get interested in Work Out on Bravo TV. Watched the two seasons.

If you have seen this show - you know that one of the most beloved trainers has passed away.

Doug Blasdell seemed like a very warm individual. He was a random acts of kindness sort of person.

He evidentially left his list of principles with one of the trainers he left behind. Wanted to list them here. They are so worth following if one can just try each and every day.

It appears that Doug kept his list in his wallet. Visible thru the window where one usually keeps their driving license. That way he was reminded each and every day of the way he wanted to live his life. He seemed to have had a life well lived. It's true. The good do die young.

Dougs Principles:

Just for today do not worry!

Just for today do not anger!

Honor your parents, teachers, and elders!

Earn your living honestly!

Show gratitude to all living things!
