I commented on that article on another forum. Funny, for weeks after the first Woodbridge incident the only report was that there were lights in the sky. Col. Halt's report only reports lights in the sky and that was the only thing that happened that night. If you listen to the famous audio tape that's all there is to it. Anybody you asked of the 10 or so airmen that went out that night would only say they saw lights in the sky. Now, some 27 years or so later people are claiming to have touched a craft that landed in the woods (from the article). Others claimed to have found landing sites, seen aliens, saw crafts, and all kinds of things. And if you add them up, more than 10 people are claiming to be there, more like 50 or 60. Even Col Halt has changed his story to include seeing a craft hit a pine tree. Funny thing is, people are "demanding" to see official reports and the only official report on the Woodbridge incident is one Col Halt filed where he saw lights in the trees which was dismissed as at that very time a Russian satellite was making a re-entry over the North Sea so everyone just assumes that this is what they saw. When no other documents are produced (there are none) everyone thinks there is some kind of cover up. Everybody on base, me included, used to make up stories when the locals would ask if we could share anything and we used to sit around the lunch table comparing what we made up and even coordinating stories. Some of these stories are now part of the "official accounts" of that night.

I hate to say it, but seeing the story from the other side has made me very skeptical of other so called ufo sightings and incidents.

Now Bigfoot is a whole 'nother story.
