This may be because it's 3:30 a.m. but, I forget how to do this!
Hey, you know when you have a line of letters and you take every (let's just say 3rd letter) and put it together to decode? I can't even remember the name of the cipher at this point, lol. But do you remove the letters that have been used when you come back around? I'm not even sure if I'm making sense with this question....Well, please help and I'm going to bed!!Happy Valentine's Season to all my Twelevers!!

Short answer, yes, remove the letters as you use them.
It is a kind of transposition cipher when the message is reordered in some way.
I actually just reorder it so I can see the message. If it was take every 3rd letter, I just line it up 3 to a row and then read down the columns.
