forgive me but I don't recognize your name...alas it has been WAY too long since I last logged in.
Haven't touched a hunt since Maranatha came out...going to have to snoop around here and check out the new stuff.
I've been nerding out lately on table top games with friends...going to have to get my brain back in hunting mode

I miss playing Settlers of Catan.

I dont know status on Maranatha...wasnt good last I checked. New hunts that look fun are Custard Quest, Historical Hunt and both Domino's 12/12/12 and Cowboy.

I've turned my recent inspirations towards The Secret and its 10 remaining prizes.

Hey Netsirk! Great to see ya on here.

BTW -Both 121212 and Cowboy are still in play. Custard seems to be pretty cool. There is the most recent bandwagon craze of The Thrill because of recent media, though I and others have been working on this without being open about it for about a year and a half.

I still work The Secret as it is my favorite hunt of all times. Last year I visitied 4 potential locations within the span of 2 weeks, even did a preliminary "dig" at two locations.

As for the other hunts, just not sure. Though it was a great jesture for the We Lost Our Gold folks to dig it up and donate it, I have mixed feelings about it not simply remaining where it was until solved (note for future hunt makers, take all things into consideration before you hide something).

Us no- so-much GPS, Metal Detector or Deep Sea based Treasure hunters (and even them/us) are a few-in-numbers breed. Ex. even with $2million on the line, the enthusiasm is high in the first 48 hours a "normal" person hears about a "treasure" and then, like old news (two days later), it is forgotten by all but a few (and time dwindles those numbers as well).
Glad you back and hunt happily.
