This book is too complicated. Otto von Bismarck, clue? Ironic.

Roasted Marshmallows = Fire Marshall? I donno. Strange.

I donno anymore. Dalmations seems so "almost too good" type of clue. My thinking on the "5" again has me wondering about the binary version which is "101". The film/book "101 Dalmations" with villainess Cruella de Vil (like the name Bert d'grnp?) and the "15" dalmation puppies which is the same number of residents... I'm feeling some homage to the "spot".

Not getting too far with the dalmation dog references unless Pongo and Missis means anythin. Gus' "My Darling Darlings" caption does seem like something Creulla de Vil might say though.

The biggest question of the big for me now is what does RH mean? Im starting to get heavily depressed with the notion that it has to do with Ryan's Hope.

I'm now onto a re-analysis of "Burnt Norton". In the film the Italian Job (appropriate to this context), the 2003 version, Ed Norton plays a character named Steve. Near the end of the film Steve get's nabbed up by gangsters and misses out on his share of the loot, which could be seen as being "burnt", in the idiomatic sense that you just lost your money.

So what does the Emerald Green Hulk actor have to do with Roy Dodge?

Around the time and shortly thereafter, Gus referenced the news scoops of Maria de la Soledad Theresa O'Brian and what followed were a few hip hop / rap references (aside from those related to R&B like Beyonce's Irreplacable). Picking out the 'de la Sole' in the journalists name gives the name of a great hip hop band noted for their 3 feet and rising album and their concept of the "D.A.I.S.Y. Age" (an acronym standing for "da inner sound, y'all").

This is just my gut talking, but I feel that there's an all around music theme underlying this entire hunt.

More logs of randomness to throw on the barby...

I forget where I posted this, probably the twintig site, but I've got a pet theory that Roy Dodge is affected by Deuteranopia type colorblindness, Asbergers Syndrome, and now I'm adding stuttering to the list. We didn't see any of his stuttering or stammering during the investigation, which means he may have worked with a stuttering institute somewhere (the National Stutterers Association is headquartered in New York). The repetition in many of Gus' headlines is the main reason I consider this. Also, the James Earl Jones appearance in the mystery history video, he is known to stutter.

I've done my best coffee drinking throughout this hunt and played with a lot of ideas, but now its time to really nail some shtuff down.

Im entirely sold on the idea that a LOG is involved on some level. 'Ln' stands for 'natural log'. I get that from the LINDA minus IDA = LN. It seems corroborated by so many LOG-type word associations. AnaLOG is one of them.

The bed of wood chips with the 5, can someone tell me, what is it again? Cedar? Pine? Fir? If its Douglas Fir, then my log theory might take off.

Feelings... I feel like people arent even trying to figure out the hidden meanings in Gus' posts. I keep coming up with ideas and nobody drops in to toss in their 2 cents. Frustrations soar while attendence plummets. At the risk of souunding insecure, i think folks have narrowed their view too much to see anything i have to say as viable.

Im just going to put this out there, remember the 1522 on the license plate, the dancing hot dog, the otterpop, ect.? If any solution prospect doesnt have some logic connecting to those, no matter how willy nilly, then there is no point in sending out a search party.

I recently heard back from a search in OH I-77 mile 141 and that was based largely on seeing the 1522 as molecule numbers (the subscripts appending each atom). One successful method clearly indicated 5 iterations of the molecule TNT going through Quello's machine to turn into the molecule on the chaulkboard...basically it strips one carbon at a time. In organic compounds, carbon chains are the foundation of the substance and then there are variations on its properties based on bond configuration and other groups. Nitrogen is atomic number 7. The picture on the wall fits a N-C-C-N profile (Quello's kitchen). Using a theme perspective i tried acrostic idea "Terminal 'N Terminal" like TNT to get 77, since the end of a chemical chain is called a terminal. The 141 fit a notion borrowed from HAMmurabi "an eye 4 an eye"...and the basis of TNT as an explosive for use in retributive attack. Alternatively, "tit 4 tat" led to a fuzzy logic that identifies with one-for-one. Back to the 5 shift of TNT as a chemical, if a simple letter shift approach is used we have TNT>SMS>RLR>QKQ>PJP = OIO which was enough for me to justify "Oh-I-Oh".

How could the hot dog and otterpop work with this? Probably doesnt. Thats why there was no 12 to be found in Bath, Ohio.
