Default possible website in title sequence

ok, like everyone else still doing the hunt, i'm getting desperate and trying anything, regardless of how ridiculous it sounds, even the simplest, most ridiculous ideas. so i was playing around with the title puzzle a little bit, and came up with something pretty interesting, but honestly, its probably just more crap. lol but i'll post it anyway.

so we have the title, 24 letters. but only the yellow ones are important, hence the description of the "important" yellow ring in the back of the book. Why this is considered "important" has always had me stumped, so i just started trying anything i can think of.. If only the yellow letters are important, we're left with "secretsalchemistdar" which is 19 letters. i couldnt think of absolutely nothing to do with this. so heck, why not plug it into the title number puzzle just to see what happens. so i did it, this is what i got.

(i apologize for my lack of ability in illustrating this, the spacing wasnt showing up in the post)

    1--2--3--4--5--6--7--8--9-18-19-15-11-23-12-14
    S--E--C--R--E--T--S-A--L--A--R--S--H------E--I
    ---------20--10--13--22--21-16-17-24-----------
    -------------C---M-----------T--D---------------

honestly, i didnt expect anything to happen, and i kinda still dont think anything actually did... but the 'CM' and 'TD' all alone on the bottom row just screams out 'DOT COM' to me. And the fact that they even come up perfectly centered on the bottom row made me think i was on to something, at least for a few minutes anyway. lol but i couldnt come up with anything beyond that. so take it as you will. Maybe there is actually something to this.

sorry i just want to add that the 'EI' alone in the top row could be interpreted as "internet explorer".. it definitely goes with the dot com...

but now, what to do with 'secretsalarsh'???

No question is a stupid question if you don't
know the answer. Stupid is not asking.

    Kappy,

Don't give up. I anagrammed ALARSHEICMTD and got a huge list. Most amusing was "CLAIM TRASHED". Others were Cathedral Mi, Cathedral Ism (as in Islam), Cathedral Mis (couldn't be Mississippi, could it?), Drachmae List (what's that?), Caldera Smith (maybe research this?), Admiral Chest, Alarm Chest ID...and the hits just kept right on coming.

Assuming IE is internet explorer, I'll try anagramming again. What the heck...never know with DAR.

    Chin up, Kap !
    Your friend,
    Beth
