    I just realized that I may be throwing people down the wrong trail. All I meant to say are runes are a language in themselves. Just translate the runes for what they are. As far as I know, there is no French, Italian, German, or anything like that involved in this hunt.

    I took it to mean that the characters translate to a phonetic sound... and then that leads me to rearrange the sections of the result in the pattern shown...

    That will create a colorful answer that is ultimately non-helpful, but may be if we think in terms of rearrangement... and thinking Euclidean...

    I think I'm more intrigued at this point about strategies for deciphering the bottom three rows of text... looked at fencerail stuff...not getting too far with any of it...

    Most runes will translate to a specific letter. Some runes do translate to letter combinations. You just need to know where the runes came from. This is when I say god bless Google.
