    Default Cipher tool

I wrote a simple utility to reverse strings, remove certain characters, do substitution ciphers, etc.

    You will find it here:

    Default Note...

This is a "quick and dirty" application - it is far from perfect. It should run on Windows XP and most Windows 2000 computers. If you have problems, please let me know and I'll try to address them.

I run windows xp with service pack 2 and I could not get the application to run.

I get the box that says:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

Just thought you'd like to know.

I should have mentioned that this is a .NET application. It requires the .NET framework. You can get the .NET framework from Microsoft at http://www.windowsupdate.com by going through a "custom update".

Thank you. I'm not the most technologically savvy person, so your help was greatly appreciated.
