I would like to start a break down of the different types of spells.
I noticed a few things this morning that I was mixing up between the types of spells and a lot of you probably are too. The spells are broken down into different techniques that will be needed to solve them. For instance, the year of the HEST is only used or described during a SYZYGY. For some reason I keep wanting to try and apply it for all of them. I don't think this will be the case. Another example is the description of a syzygy on pg 6. It says "yoked together" and on this page we have those wonderful combined symbols that we don't know what they are or mean yet. Now to get to the point, I think if we break down the different types of spells then we may have more direction on the levels of puzzles and how to proceed.
A chant spell is the easiest so let's start there. I will or someone else can start threads on the other levels of spells.
CHANT SPELLS

Easiest to do.
Can be cast at anytime day or night. I am thinking this means no AM or PM time is needed.
Described as " at one tyme". I am thinking we put one letter per time....somehow with the I/J combined and the U/V combined.
It says you have to wish "the Great Forest" well. Emphasise on Great and Forest being capitalized. I am not sure if he is trying to tell us something here or not but it would seem that the Great Forest page might be needed. Maybe not.
There are some words in the description that I don't know what he means.
Paribus paribus.
I looked up paribus on wikipedia and this is what I got.

TYPES OF CHANT SPELLS
If we flip throught the Bos we have 5 Chant spells. We can elaborate on each seperately if need be.
1. Crevasse
2. Descend
3. Arise
4. Summon a ring
5. Create a ring.
The order of these might change if the book was flipped or if pages are out of place.
Now the crevasse, descend and arise spells all have a diagram. What are we suppose to get from these? I have no idea really but I will post what I notice.
1)Crevasse.
Diagram has an arrow pointing down. Maybe he is telling us to start at 6:00 position or bottom? Maybe the drop cap B would go there?
Also it says a crevasse is used on the earth. This may be important later for an eclipse spell or a syzygy.
2)Descend.
This spell talks about the moon. I don't get anything from the diagram. Anyone else?
3)Arise.
Has a picture of a sun in the diagram.
4)Summon a Ring Chant spell.
Here we have our dot code on pg 16. I am confussed why summon a ring comes before create a ring.
5)Create a Ring Chant Spell
In description it says " Orbis Vita" whatever that means. Anyone know?
Here we also have our "Forgeting one's self for another." which could mean forget I and U in a 24 place alpha or combine them.
Anyone know what Generaso Impelloso means? Generous something?
Please add anything you can to this and maybe we can get some direction going on these puzzles.
