It is possible that the grouping of the numbers itself is important. It appears to me the spacing is MC--MXL--VII.
The preceding page is drawing attention to a number, due to the sheer number of lines. Up until the last 2-odd out, there are 33, followed by the 2, followed by the page # (33).

(also, the total number of letters on the top and bottom of this picture. and 10 x 10, X X on the sides).

    CAES it is.

Fandango has something SQUIRRELed on his back on this image.

The 10-forward Caesar shift of SQUI gives
    CAES
    and the 13-forward of RREL

    gives
    EERY
    That squirrel could be important.

The 1925 bridge on this page is the Deer Brook Bridge, and there's a deer in the picture! The Waterfall Bridge & Hemlock Bridge were the other two bridges completed in 1925. Could the bunny rabbit on the page refer to "Hare Forest" mansion that was located on Schooner Head Rd. directly in the path of the 1947 fire? Legend - Schooner Head, in the war of 1812 a British frigate fired at it thinking it was a schooner. You can walk out to Schooner Head and Sand Beach is right there. In case you missed my posting last year about Sand Beach: William Fox of The Fox Film Co. in 1917 filmed “Queen of the Sea” released sept 1 1918 starring Annette Kellerman on Sand Beach. Other locations include Anemone Cave, Spouting Horn and Schooner Head. Annette Kellerman also starred in “Neptune’s Daughter in 1914. I think that maybe all these clues strung together is where Fandango traveled, or it could be a big dead end!

    Default masquerade rabbit

I assumed that the rabbit was a nod to Kit Williams since it was taken from Masquerade.
