I'm thinking this location is the Jordan Pond House - it has blue trimmed windows and is known for it's afternoon tea on the lawn.

    Default Pass the Time

Additional encoding, probably not in basic solve.

In 1966, on Feb 3 (today), the LUNA 9 spacecraft was the first to send pictures back from the Moon.

The clock on the wall shows a lune shadow cut, and a time of about 9.

The shutter on the right side does not appear to be hung correctly. Will not close flush with the left shutter.

    Hi Astreeturover,

Good observation. At first I thought the window frame was consistent in showing perspective. Then, it appears the bottom part of the frame does not seat into the window well.

In addition there appears to be a flower positioning the middle of the bottom frame as if it is holding it up. The shadow cast on the window sill does not look right. There should be a bar or something part way up to the glass to give off a shadow like that. Could the shadow image be a bridge?

Why would a flower hold up the window like a framed picture. It's as if it is holding the window in place.

There is an impression of a large Key on the window pane. Will keep investigating that.

    Thanks,
    Beth

    Hi Beth,

The pictures do hold a lot of information. I see what you mean about the flower(s); I was looking at possibly some additional information- e.g., flower intruding into the (yellow)-red squares in the border. And, the red rose tea, and the red flowers nearby.

Shadows seem to be saying something, as you mentioned.

The sum of each corresponding square in the number squares, to 19, is provocative.

    "A FEAST OF WORDS"

    AF EAST OF WORDS

    See p. 19 - Count 2 . . 3 ... 40 ... South. NOW SMILE. lol.

    Good Luck,
    Rob
