Default Probably not the token location, but very coincidental

We have all seen the association between Pg. 41 and Salt Lake City by now (Salt + Lick + Sit + Tea). The Hummingbird is rumored to be there because of the Hummingbird on the flour tin. I have also found the word DOVE from a cipher on this page. Sorry, no more info on how I found DOVE unless you find a token from this.

Several may have done this already, but I looked at Hummingbird as a possible street name in Salt Lake City. There is one in Taylorsville which is a suburb of Salt Lake City. Check out the map here. A better view of this is on Terraserver here but it will take longer to load for dial-up.

Now look at page 55 in the drop cap T where the other Hummingbird is. Turn the book 90 degrees counterclockwise and compare it with the Terraserver image. The lines around where the pickensrooter is pointing are identical to Hummingbird and Dove roads!

This is a residential section of town with all private property it appears, so the token probably isn't here. But the street names and similarities to the map lines are amazing. It could be a starting point for another message that might be deciphered such as GO1MIN which could translate to Go 1 mile North or something like that.

Anyone want to check it out?

THAT WAS AN AWESOME FIND !!

Look at this map from the MSN Maps:

    http://mappoint.msn.com/(gal43o55xlt...c+UT+84123|L1|

On the "M" ... you got Chickadee / Goldfinch / Bluebird ... the pointing fingertip is pointing directly at a spot between Goldfinch and Bluebird.

That Hummingbird on pg. 30 is lookin' more blue by the minute !

We have a teeny tiny park I drive by all the time in my hood. It's called Three Plums Park. I mean the thing is no bigger than a 50x100 city lot. I am looking at the aerial shot and thinking...hmmm sure looks residential to me....but what if...oh I dunno...say, that little patch o' green on Bluebird St.....next to that first structure facing S 1300 is a little ol' teeny tiny .....

just call me dreamer one on-ending or ... should that be 'never-ending'...

The way I am looking at it, the pickensrooter would be pointing between Dove and Thrush roads, but there's no possibility of even a small park there. It's all houses with very little space in between.

Great job!! Remember, MS says in the forward that you could be "walking down a street" and come across a token. This has had me going since I read it! In Illinois, the space between sidewalk and a home's front yard is commonly referred to as "parkway". It is technically owned by the village or city, even though it is maintained by athe homeowner who's house it is in front of. This is STILL public property!!

One more thought...Zac fills the 25 boxes with things he has not seen before in the forest. Now, he sees the blue dragonfly, he sees the ladybug, but I see no reference to him seeing birds!

So Zac didn't see letters A-Z minus Q in the forest until the dream?

Reflection: Great point . . . . (???) and the key was within the text . . . how? One of each letter he used to write the story in alphabetic order, I guess???

Melissa (the more frustrated with ever now that all the tokens I'd been actively pursuing with picture/text clues are GONE.)

Sorry for the typos on last post. . I'm mentally exhausted from working so hard on doing this all wrong.
