    Default Acorn - Sun/Moon connection?

Thinking maybe these things go together so I thought I would list my conclusions:

    Acorns

    - 61 pointing South
    - 2 North
    - 3 West
    - 3 East
    - 1 Northeast
    - 1 Northwest
    - 1 Southeast
    - 1 Southwest

    total - 73 acorns

*are we to focus on the NE, NW, SE, SW since there are only 1 of each???? *

    Suns/Moons

    - Suns 39
    ..... 38 Happy Suns 1 Sad Sun

    - Moons 35
    ..... 35 Happy Moons 0 Sad Moons

Now for an observation not mentioned before (I think):
    -Night & Day

ALL of the Moons (happy) have corner borders of purple around blue but...look at the Suns.

23 Suns have corner borders of sky blue around yellow & 16 Suns have borders of orange around red.
    * Daytime & Dawn/Dusk????? *

    Anomalies

    (1) the ONE sad sun linked w/ south pointing acorn (pg 31)
    (2) NO sad moons
    (3) NO acorn pg 61 linked w/ happy moon

suns/moons appearing on only pages with acorns (except for pg 61) seems to be more than a coincidence to me.

    .....thoughts?

.........time to add a DAR ring to my collection.........

    Default Acorns

Why is it that page 25 has frowning sun and moon??

Regarding the acorns. should the suns be up and the moons down? Should the moon acorns be flipped? Should the frowning sun acorn be flipped?

What are the directions telling us? Do we need to apply these directions to something else?

    Wish I had more answers!!!

whether or not it has anything to do with the acorns, I don't know---

but it is line 61 of the HBC(create a ring chant spell) that the 'invisible symbol' is in.

Sorry, I forgot one. Compare the corner borders of pg 31 with all of the other blue/yellow borders. The colors are a little off on this sad sun page. The yellow is definitely more pale or more dull than the other yellows. Also, the blue appears to be a little darker. Is this the beginning of the eclipse?

interesting sixer.... an invisible symbol and and invisible acorn for 61

On your other thread on this, I mentioned the changing colors in the borders--sorry, I overlooked what you had said on that here. I think the changing colors in the borders do show the time of day as shown by the sky. Pp. 13-26 show night (dark blue). Yellow is on pp.27-36--morning. At noon (p.37) the color changes to orange, or whatever that salmon color is called, and it stays that way for the afternoon, EXCEPT during the solar ecipse on pp.54-56, when the color goes back to blue. Then it goes back to orange the rest of the afternoon, til p.60 when it turns evening and stays blue for the night. And so on til the end of the story.

I see what you mean about p.31--the yellow is definitely a whole lot paler. There has to be a reason for that.

I don't count a line 61 on that page. Can you explain further.

And the blue border is not faded at the top like the others. It is consistantly solid in color...
