    Default Unicornis

I did a forum search first, but found no results. Is anyone here still looking at Unicornis? I believe it is still unsolved.

There isn't an EDIT option for previous posts?

I forgot to say "Hi" to everyone! I originally grew up with the Masquerade, and am looking forward to jumping into some newer puzzles (and a couple of the 20+ year old ones). I have ordered a few books from Amazon, and am also going to be looking back at Unicornis - that is why I was wondering if anyone had tat. I have seen it listed on other sites as unsolved (like the UK armchair treasure hunters group) and being actively looked at, and was kind of surprised it was not listed on here.

As far as I know its still unclaimed, we dont have section for that hunt here but I know the Quest 4 Treasure forums has a section on it. I would check over there as a couple members investigating if the prize can still be claimed.

Other than that, Welcome!! Enjoy your stay and look around

The book I believe is no longer in print, and I had lost my original copy from loaning it to someone yeas back. However, I just purchased a copy from eBay that should be here any time. Great story if nothing else! I also have not found any clains anywhere of it ever being found, and there was no time limit.

Hi my name's Neo, dont laugh. I really didnt know that much about armchair treasure hunts until a-kon about a month ago. Since buying the scrolls from ScrollQuest, I've been searching online about many different hunts. Some I hear are 20+ years old. I wonder if those hunts are still looked after. or if the clues even work now. Honestly I'm not really much of a mathematical type thinker, but these hunts intrigue me. I'm also interested in something called GeoCaching. Very cool concept, taking a treasure, and replacing it with something else so that others can enjoy the hunt as well.

Welcome to 12 Neo! Yes, many of the older hunts are still being worked on. One in particular {a plug for my all time favorite} is called The Secret This hunt was released some 20+ yrs ago, 1 of the 12 casques was located w/in the first couple of months.....and then........nothing, until about a yr ago when #2 was finally unearthed. There is LOTS of info on this hunt both on these boards as well as quest4treasure.co.uk. Would love to have a new brain and another set of eyes on this one.

Again, welcome to the wild world of armchair hunting. There are sooooo many nice folks here who will be happy to help you out.

.........time to add a DAR ring to my collection.........
