    I need a partner who would like to search a park in DC.

    I have a clue using the 5x5 grid, and I have a matching map fragment.
    We can split 70/30, and sign a contract.

    Just an update.
    I'm still working with my partner in DC.
    I have several clues to this park, and I have it narrowed down to a small area.
    Hopefully my partner can go back this week to search again.
