Default My Sorry To Duncan Burden/Priory

My sorry to Duncan Burden/Priory I'm totally to blame.

I really think you have a masterpiece of a puzzle, and that you have a brilliant genius team of people.

The way you raised the money for the prize after talking to a few multi millionaires who said that it was one of the most "ingenious" things they have ever seen by them and us.

You have no need to explain or justify yourself to me and anyone for that matter.

I just had some reservations and don't like yourself wanted to see anyone get hurt

I really did get carried away with this.

In my own opinion you have one the greatest discoveries of all time and that you will go down in history as a very famous person in many fields.

As a personal note you really are a caring and decant person who's way more about the TRUTH then any amount of money or being reckless etc.Being of 12 is fun but really a big stress maker.

Here you have social drama added to a Mount Everest of a puzzle. Then a need to explain yourself or be so easy misunderstood by others.I really like working by myself and away from people. it seems the most breakthroughs for me comes that way.

So maybe I will or wought solve this puzzle but it will be in my time and way

As MichealR brilliant work I just wanted to see no one on 12 taken but your proved me wrong.

I also realize not everything is my responsibility.

As for 12 I did throw out the confusion it was more out of boredom and frustration then anything- no excuse thou

So I have opted to make this my last post it was fun and maybe we will hear from each other if not have fun

All the best to you Duncan and 12

    Default Never Stop!

    Rick,

Your words are too kind, and I mean TOO kind. I will not accept your apology, as no apology is needed. I have yet to find someone, and this includes myself to the utmost degree, that hasn't, at some point been a victim to their own frustrations. We could talk in depth about the causes of frustration, whether it is an individuals in ability to express themselves or an individuals inability to understand to the depth that they wish. The gift and curse of 'Text Messaging' and 'Email' is that it is instant. You still alone, vent your feelings, and press 'send'. It is only my ignorance of computers and telephones that safe me from falling into this new social challenge.

No Man is an island Rick, you and I both know this. Humanity survives because of 'community', it is the balance of the differences between people that keeps the boat from tipping over. Your input here is as valuable and as valid as one-elses, for you to refrain from forwarding your thoughts and views, would unbalance the nature of discovery. I personally would miss your words. How dull would life be if all was grey?!

As for Michaelr, have you ever been taught to be cautious? I would be interested to know.

As for someones elses question, asking if I had been scared away? I'm afraid not, someone last night (around 3.00am here in the UK) caught me reading this site.

    All the best,

    D

    Rick and Duncan,

This thread is a treasure, and the exchange is much appreciated. If this is any precursor to what the Maranatha holds for us, we are in for a huge treat.

Without going into much more depth, Thank-you both.

I'll second that and if I may make a suggestion to Duncan and Priory Publications.

Another book covering the story of how the key was discovered and the development of the puzzle would probably be very well received and appreciated. We would love to hear the personal stories of the authors, if only anonymously, and how you came together and what it took to create this masterpiece. What the effects have been in your lives and those around you, etc.

    Hi Sacred Prize,

    I concur with your sentiments.

I am not quite sure however that I understand your question about "being taught to be cautious". Could you clarify?

I would like you to know that I did try contacting you privately. I tried once through your marketing company, who on two different occasions gave me a telephone number for you that did not work, and on another occasion said that they would forward my message onto you by e-mail.
I am sorry that I did not go the extra mile and try to contact you by mail.

I would love to hear the story of what went on behind the scenes of bringing Maranatha to life, for I am still just as confused as I was at the beginning!

Despite my confusion over this matter, I would like to thank you for releasing this puzzle. Not only have you given the world a precious gift, but on a personal note, you have given me the key to making sense of my life. For that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. That has been a treasure that has been worth far more than its weight in gold.

I would like to meet you one day. I think it would be very interesting.

    Wishing you well,

    Michael

Default EXCLUSIVE! BOOK FIVE of MARANATHA

Thank you for your suggestions for a book that expresses the background and story behind the puzzle. A fifth book is being put together at this moment, but is simply that. It is expected to be a short run, and no puzzle or prizes I'm afraid, just the facts, discoveries, challenges, deaths and revelations.

Well, now you know, and you are the first to know. It is only in the very early concept stages, and will be released at the end of the four book run of the Maranatha Project.
