what is this book ...???? It's getting weird.

and thanks astreet I just read your ents (trees) post
..that was a strange connection to pws NTS's just before.

could the maranatha be a kind of almanac of a past time where it has recorded all those name that wrote in this forum..
has someone gone back then forward in time to bring back proof...?
what a thought..that all our names could be in this LRB.
I did read a few years ago about experiments with moving matter in a laboratory and they said it worked..I don't know what they moved it to though
    Sync,

I reached a point quite a while ago where I began to think that it wasn't possible for a human (at least as we generally think) to have put this book together. I've said that a number of times before in the forum. This is my view and each person, if they decide to work and really focus, on the book, may decide for themselves.

Something like lindenmi's STONEHENGE find, or your AAAA (and the OOOO) on the same page, would be fantastic enough, but it is only a drop of what's in there. Or, to find "Cathy, Sync, Sink, Cathar" all in one spot ... I did try to spend more than a year, a while ago, posting some of these things. And others have posted some too.

And I'm very sure that what has been listed is only a fraction of what's there.

YET THIS IS NOT THE CORE PUZZLE, but only demonstrations woven into the puzzle.

That ENTS in the latest clue, also anagrams to TENS

TENS is "a burdens name" = a dean's number", and this has various reasons SENT.

[Middle English deen, from Old French deien, from Late Latin decānus, chief of ten, from decem, ten, or from Greek dekānos, chief of ten (from deka, ten); see dek in Indo-European roots.]

    http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/dean

The 4th letters add up to 87 = TRUTH, and on and on ....

IT transcends time, I don't know about the moving matter through space-time.

Or it could just be a matter of somewhere in the book you can find any word.
They say the bible is like that.
With enough prases and placement of things maybe being in a certain order I am sure you could find anything you want.
    Strange, yes.
    Eerie, even more so.
    Out of this world, probably.
What are they trying to tell us here?
These online clues can be made into anything the authors chose. They could be reading along in the forum and try to relate the clues to what we are posting.
    Only logical explanation I have.
Would love to see an end to this puzzle and what the message is.

No question is a stupid question if you don't
know the answer. Stupid is not asking.

    Me too Lindenmi..me too..
a look at the answer or the solution would be great..
and yes this book is really unusual.. astreet ..we all think it;s odd to say the least..but you think It's been written by an Et..or a computer mind maybe..?
HHmmmm ..we will never know until the end of the show..LOL

Today I found more groups of words by going kind of .. parallel ..

    I found strange sentences too..

some of the words and sentences
I looked at today and wondered if the mis -spellings were purposeful..?
I felt that it was something a bit ominous as these words showed up
    Washington Dc
    The omen

    mail and usa
Prl am I..I took this as Pearl am I (wisdom)

End of W..I took this as end of world
    dooms,
    eagol (eagle)
    njure (endure)
    core and the NKR...? ..(anchor)
    freed the et ..?

    or free the something...?? LOL

    stone

    base or B sea..?

    bees are there again..?

    and the colours
    red and
    red stone
    white
    foto (photo)
ereth as either ether or three..?
    seek this beast
    u seek beast

    writ
    chi

the list of words is almost endless... and in every direction..
no wonder we can't break this cipher ..without a key we are just
finding a dictionary of words that could mean... anything at all

we need that key or there is no point going on with this..
    but where is the key..?

    sleep well everyone..
I'm going to chat to BJ in the other thread now..

There's got to be something (as michaelr alluded) about monkeys typing away on a typewriter, eventually producing Shakespeare (although, the details of that argument a tricky).

So, there should be some limited finds in the Maranatha Pig Pen grid, just based on probability. To me, it looks like the compression of various-ciphered data into the puzzle is astounding and not random, and a compression such as "Cathy, Cathar, SIS, Sync, Sink, and Biscayne - in one piece of flowing text - is amazing, and indicates specific access to data.

If I ever get some time to play with it, I will try to take a generic text, say from the Bible or somewhere, put it in a 12x13 grid, and see what's in there.

    Out of this world, probably.
What are they trying to tell us here?
If one thinks that a "they" exists, then first off, I'd say "they" are communicating. That would be a giant step in itself.

At one point, Sync, I was thinking AI (Artificial Intelligence, computers) using the page-break of "with the AI - D of his brother". It's not clear. There is binary coding in the puzzle (and clues). Of course, it's been discussed in the forum that we might all be part of a simulation, and there are physicists who believe (model, theorize) that the universe is blinking ON / OFF at a very rapid rate.

I've actually done that. Let me share an easy way to do it.

Project Gutenberg, among others, has loads of text for cut/paste "clippings."

Fire up Microsoft Word, and paste your text into the file. Next, you need to take out the punctuation.

If you don't have a "file stripper" program to take out the punctuation, you can take it out with the "Find/Replace" command in Word. For example, in the "Find" box, type a comma. Don't type anything into the "Replace" box. Click "Replace All," and presto, all the commas are gone. Repeat with periods, colons, semi-colons, etc.

After the punctuation is gone, take out the spaces. This is also done with the Find/Replace command. Put your cursor in the "Find" box. Hit the spacebar once. Leave the "Replace" box empty. Click OK. Ta-daaa...one continuous string of characters.

Now, you've got to put the spaces back. (There's a good reason why you take the spaces out then put them back, but I'm too lazy to explain it. You'll just have to trust me, or try it without taking out the spaces, and see what happens.) Anyway....

Put your cursor in the "Find" box. Click "More," then "Special." Highlight "Any Character," then click ok (the thing in your "Find" box should look like this: ^?). Put your cursor in the "Replace" box. Click "Special," highlight "Find What Text," and click OK (it looks like this: ^&). Now, while your cursor is still in the Replace box, hit the spacebar ONE TIME. Click OK. You now have a continuous string of characters that are separated by only one space. The spaces are going to serve as "delimiters" for a table.

Now that you've got your text ready, highlight the entire text, and click "Table," then "Convert Text to Table." A window will pop up. First, click the "Other" button at the bottom of the window. Put your cursor in the box, and hit the spacebar once. Go up to the box at the top, and type "12" in the "Number of Columns" box. Click the "Fixed Column Width" button and put .3 in the box (or click the up-arrow once).

(If any of you try this and can't get it to work properly, please say so, as I wrote from memory and may have left out a step.)

Great Stuff. Thanks, SL, and I might try it out sometime this week. It's something I've wanted to try for quite a while.

When you tried it, did you look for "word search" words that were not in the normal forward flow of the text? Did you find anything interesting?

    Thanks again,

here is something strange..try the Vibralator in the link at the top..then type in some words..this person thinks that all our words are under the dominion of the wrong principle..the wrong vibration..maybe that's why we're so out of balance on this earth..?
It's an Interesting concept..but where this person got the idea I don't know..maybe from the bible..
go ahead and see what they are saying here about the 666 and all the 6's
    and please then
tell me if there is any truth to it ..

stranger and stranger that's for sure.
are we in the grip of a monster..here is a another unfinished pic of mine..it shows a monster ..and a woman in it's grip..I should finish it..or maybe paint over it..if life imitates art..thehn I'm in trouble..! hope the painting shows up..it's a beauty!
In fact could be called beauty and the beast..LOL

Ok, Thanks SL. I decided to try John 1. One thing I noticed right away is that two of the section breaks are between verses 28 / 29 and 42 / 43, just like the puzzle book. Interesting. And the 31 in the link ...

Let you know if I find anything after I get it in the grid.
