1. Hi All,

Yes pendragon445 I had them originally together eating their tails, then I parted them & realized they are missing the middle images.

I'm spending some time tonight playing with my pgs/pieces. When I have something I feel is pertinent I will post. I just want this to be claimed. I know it won't be me.

I have learned so much, it is the best \$20 I have ever spent. I get so frustrated & want to leave it alone for a while & then something will come to me that I have to go back. This is my vice, I am addicted to learning & trying to crack this puzzle.

Peace to All,
Cheryl

2. I noticed something while tinkering with Cheryl's is of seperating the snakes.

In four scenes is the key hidden, in unbalanced divide of their number is its shape defined.
There are 7 symbols on the snakes. Which could relate to the seven years Tiresias spent as a woman.

One snake has 3 symbols and one has 4 symbols. The uneven/unbalanced divide of their number (7). Their shape is a spiral.

Here's something else that just came to mind as writing this. You had mentioned putting the images together. I've tried this too in the past. Maybe the Tiresias snake image is applied to the other images, after they're arranged in a particular order, to "connect the missing dots"?

3. Pen,

There are 7 and 4 symbols

7 = G
4 = D

4. Yes. 7 on the snakes and 4 on the background. I was only counting the ones on the snakes when they're cut out.

5. Hi All,

I have been trying to use a image in the center of the 2 serpents & laying out on pgs, I've tried it with 2 pgs & w/ 4 pgs.

I feel I just need to get the right layout of the pgs & run serpents over pgs to read what is hidden.

We can agree that there is another text here, possibly layered numerous times. 5 or 7 times encoded. Just my gut tells me I had hit on something.

Peace to All,
Cheryl

6. Cheryl.

Superimpose the position of the snake eyes onto page 12.

You should get gold ( A "U" , U = 21)

7. Hi All,

astree, are you using those I call them ledger lines at the top of the pgs. Kind of as a guide,... I really don't know what you meant, please explain?

Peace to All,
Cheryl

8. Hi Again,

The rods that stick out of these serpents are like handles.

9. Hi Cheryl,

(by the way, your PTA is the first letters of the first three words, this month's clue).

I think you could use the ledger lines, or even the edge of the paper. Say an eye is "x" inches from the top, and "y" inches from the right margin. Make those same measurements on page 12.

have you tried putitng the snakes over the other pictures. ive tried but havent come up with anything yet. when you put it over the other pictures it covers up some of the planet symbols and gives new ones that are on the snake. they dont line up but are maybe the explanation to the unbalanced divide.

if you use this method on pg 9 with the bottom snale then that would put three mars symbols on the page which would be the only time that one symbol has been on a single picture three times. it would be three symbols for venus but one is covered up by the staff.

or maybe the ones that are covered up are the important. "...seek the meaning of the staff of tiresias, the relic of hermes. for through its power it transmuted that which it touched beyond the value of gold." maybe the symbols it covers/touches are the ones that needed to be focused on.
