    From the Book:
    BACK STORY

Over the years I have often told my friends my personal going out on the town credo which is, “Always check out the floor!” The ground has many times given up bounty from finding coins and dollar bills, to even finding Franklins. Most money dropped has been the error of not having a wallet or, in some cases, when cash was hastily or drunkenly stuffed into a person’s pocket or purse. Many times I have seen someone drop cash and then swooped in quickly to give it back to them. But, this is not about those times. This is about when I have found bills simply there, somewhere, anywhere. Unclaimed cash, as I call it. I once found a faded $20 in a pile of leaves - in my own back yard - yes, seriously.

The hunt part of this book is an attempt to set my karma at ease and in some way, give the money back. Many moons ago, I know that I surpassed the $1000 mark of found-cash from all the money discovered here and there over the years. I have now taken that $1000 cash and have cleverly hid it somewhere in the USA- the lower 48. This is my crack at using the writing and ciphering techniques I have learned to hide the cash for someone to find. Throw in using my general knowledge of the world and you get what is written on the pages in COWBOY. I know it is not much, but it is something. By doing this in some way allows me to give back to the universe that which has found me, in times, in need (I'll try for a bigger treasure on my next hunt).

This book is packed full of obvious puzzles, vague references, ciphers and hidden clues to the loot’s location. The general whereabouts of the treasure is revealed in these pages, along with some very specific directions. I have tried to give several hints on the state and the specific area. I even went as far as to give the most exact indications possible. There will still be some searching and discovering required, even once you have a firm grasp on the location. Yes, there are some diversions and smelly amber fish to throw you off the scent.

Please don’t email me, call me or expect “hints.” All you need is in the book.

    Please enjoy and hunt happily.

    Cheers! Domino

If you read and follow the clues in this book you assume all risks and agree to understand all laws of the state you live in and/or think the treasure is in. Know that this book is both a story and a puzzle created for amusement. Realize that you are in no way obligated to go in search of treasure that may reveal itself. And, if you do go in search, someone may have gotten to it ahead of you. That’s life. You might be the one to find it though, you never know. In any case, I hope you have fun. I will certainly try my best to let you know if it is found.

It is hidden on public land, so don’t go trudging through private places, people’s yards or areas you know would be overly difficult for something like this to be hidden. Please use common sense- if it seems improbable it is probably just that and not at that location.

BTW: There is no time limit, it is simply there until it is found. I have locked away the solutions and advised folks on what to do...if....?

    haha
I'd rather "sign" in person, that away I can buy you a beer too. Idaho? In search of clock treasure? Hope so. Good luck with all and thanks for getting the book.

Hey Domino, is this hunt being limited to American citizens only or can your friends in the Great White North take part as well? Granted, I probably wouldn't have the time to travel the US to actually search but I do like to support my fellow Twelevers. I'm part ways through the writing my own hunt and I know I would love the support back when it is ready. Let me know if you have any legalities on my participation or not.

    All the best!

Anyone can participate from anywhere. You can get the book, solves the mystery and get someone you trust to go unearth the money. (sounds so simple, right). I do hope you will. If for some reason lulu.com makes it hard to order, just let me know on here. It should be smooth though.

I look forward to your book as well.

    Cheers,'
