I cannot believe it. I don't understand the need for a new clue so soon. Maybe it is just for more press.Originally Posted by mr_vicblonde

Could be, but with all the orders he has so far that have not been filled, do you think he needs more press already..? I did get to the book signing two days ago and yes indeed he did have on a Blue Blazer.. Of course there were many people there that saw that... If I had one question to ask of the man... Just to prove that its really him.. I would ask what did I get autographed besides my two books... No one else would know that answer... DeniseOriginally Posted by Fenix

Does this remind anyone of that "clue" that Kit Williams published in the Sunday Times? (If you don't know what I'm talking about, there's a good recap here: http://www.bunnyears.net/kitwilliams/timesclue.html)
As I understand it, to see the clue you had to fold the newsprint in half, hold a light to it, and read the phrase that shone through in a mirror. And as if that wasn't difficult enough, the deciphered clue read: "To do my work, I appointed four men from twenty, the tallest and the fattest, and the righteous follow the sinister." Talk about cryptic!
I'd bet even money that Stadther's "clue" will be a cryptogram, like those in the book or the symbol kind that Poe used to publish.
I also hope it's not a red herring like this clue was (notice that A6000 -- it's the spectrum for RED light and that's a herring).
I'm giving the man the benefit of the doubt... Innocent until proven guilty, right?
He hasn't done anyone any harm, so just keep an eye on his website!![]()

"We do not inherit the earth from our parents, we borrow it from our grandchildren."
Ill wait and see.![]()
Yeah, this is really easy to verify... wait and see what pops up on the official site.
I'd discount any clues or such that only show up on the forums for obvious reasons... I imagine that any sensitive material can only be placed on the official site.
If our Mr. Stadther does use a hotmail account and is loose with his grammar online, well, ok. I can accept that (my parents do the same).
The official site www.atreasurestrove.com was updated today, the "As of ___ " date was updated. So, perhaps he is doing some online work.
Other than that, I think this is fodder for the conspiracty theorists (where did Arty go?) and the rest of us will have to wait for the new clue.
I do hope it is real, though, cause I think things have slowed down a bit.
Again, Not wanting to sound negative... This is what I found on a search of A Treasure's Trove website... Once again it might not be important.. Maybe there is not even a connection here....I just feel that we need all the information that we can find at this point.. Denise
