Default Russia from Rasputin to Putin

Now that is a big image with just a few things in it.
The first thing that jumps at me is the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed. The colors of the domes are wrong, and there is an extra one. The blue and grey one at the bottom is not there in the Cathedral.

It also goes way back to Ivan the Terrible, way before the Rasputin to Putin time range. A symbol of Russia, yes, but not exactly the best symbol for communism like the other elements. Hmm...

    It's not a place, it's a yearning. It's not a race, it's a journey.

It isn't a symbol for communism, but that, I believe, is the point of it being there. To illustrate, perhaps, how communism suppressed religious belief and practice until it was dismantled?

The cathedral is also oriented slightly wrong...the pictures below show the crosses sort of square to the front...but if the domes are in the correct positions, the crosses would be turned almost 90 degrees.

    Again...artistic license? or clue?

The statue of Lenin is also incorrect. It is his right arm that is outstretched, not his left.

I noticed there are letters hidden in the cathedral drawing. T,A,T,A,M,L,M, give or take. Could be another anagram clue.

I thought those were letters hidden too, but if you look at the images of the cathedral, the shapes of the letters are there.

I think that one of those M's could be a sideways B as all of the other letters are upper case.
