Does anyone know the validity of this one? Forrest Fenn has had a shady past as an antique/art seller and collector. He has also been on the national news touting his treasure. He stated all funds earned from his books go to a charity.
He published a short poem and a map, which is supposed to lead to a small bronze box filled with gold, jewels and artifacts estimated to be worth about $2 million.
After working on this for a short time, I have come to the conclusion that it may be a fraud but not sure.
He hid the box somewhere within a distance to drive there twice in one afternoon. He says the poem is simple to solve and is all that is need to solve the puzzle.![]()
