Default Green Dot Spaces vs No Green Dot Spaces: Morse Code?

Top of a warm, sunny Sunday morning from the Bayou Country of Louisiana!

After having read the morse code solutions from other pages and began flipping through my book for the first time, I was struck by the odd pattern present on this page.

There are enclosed spaces around the border--some have dots and some have no dots. Puts me in mind of the morse code.

There are no dots along the top border, so I would assume the reading takes place along the other three borders.

The letters aren't separated as they were in other puzzles, and there are two dots in one spot. I don't know if that might be the beginning/ending of the puzzle, an extra 'E' (heavens help us-- ), or representing a number '55'.

I started reading it counterclockwise last night and got KEY OF... but couldn't complete anything.

There are two similar mosiac-type borders on pages 92 and 94. I haven't been able to decode anything from these borders yet, but that certainly doesn't mean that there is nothing there.

This book is full of fun stuff to keep you occupied!

Some of the dark green tiles have 6 sides. Some have 5, and some have 4.

    It's not a place, it's a yearning. It's not a race, it's a journey.

I have even taken these three pages and traced the colored shapes/dots. I thought if you could put all three pages together, and combine all of the shapes, that you might find some type of clue. But this yielded nothing.

several possibilities I've started, but nothing that uses the complete sequence yet, mainly bc what to include isn't clear. 3 of the more intriguing ones:

    KEY 8 EIGHTY --.

    TAROT THE (more)

TAROT DEATH POE (involves leaving out one corner and not the other...not good)

How clever would it be if he could construct a Morse sequence that reads both ways?? Or reverse the dahs and dits and read it backwards...that would be way cool.

    This page is bugging me.

Am I correct in stating that none of the other morse code phrases had so much extraneous material?

The two snails in the corners are a blatant reference to ATT, and the artwork of Yorah in the center of the page is directly copied from ATT.

Why the obvious tie-ins to ATT on this particular page?

i've also noticed that so far none of the other morse codes require anagramming.

No, but two of them had flipped letters.....could this be a solution?
