Top of a warm, sunny Sunday morning from the Bayou Country of Louisiana!
After having read the morse code solutions from other pages and began flipping through my book for the first time, I was struck by the odd pattern present on this page.
There are enclosed spaces around the border--some have dots and some have no dots. Puts me in mind of the morse code.
There are no dots along the top border, so I would assume the reading takes place along the other three borders.
The letters aren't separated as they were in other puzzles, and there are two dots in one spot. I don't know if that might be the beginning/ending of the puzzle, an extra 'E' (heavens help us--), or representing a number '55'.
I started reading it counterclockwise last night and got KEY OF... but couldn't complete anything.
