    Default Pooks Wings - Ginkgo??

I've been trying to identify all the leaves of the different trees mentioned in the book- haven't found ginkgo anywhere! Now, don't Pook's wings looks like a ginkgo leaf when you put them together???? Or am I just crazy?

INTERESTINGLY, ginkgo is also called the 'maidenhair' and there is a 'ginkgo petrified forest state park' in Washington state - OVERLOOKing the Columbia River.

    Hmmmmm.

    Default JUST a note

Every state park has an overlook. Every state park has a Gingko tree.

First-- I doubt that every state park has overlooks and gingkoes... but nevertheless this particular place is dedicated to gingkoes; it doesn't merely have one growing. If there were more clues I would say definitely; we just don't have enough evidence right now. :P

wrong, you don't need to pay to enter, you need to pay to launch a boat or anything like that. you can hike for free. Parking also is to be paid for.

Hey, I live in Washington too and I think I'm heading down to that park. Any helpful suggestions before I head down, I think I have a very good idea, but just looking for any other things I could've missed or didn't take into consideration. thanks
