    Default Typical Turn Around Time

What is the typical turn around time to find out if a map you submitted is incorrect? Who has submitted one and how long did it take to get back an answer?

I have gotten results within 7 days before, lately it seems to take longer...or that could be because my submission is correct

It takes about two weeks and you will receive an email if it is correct or not. I have submitted many maps and have received answers. Unfortunately all incorrect sequences. Good luck. EN

Twice now I have submitted a map and not gotten a response back that it is correct or not. I have been waiting over a month before changing the solution. I think I now have at least the first five numbers correct, the rest is a guess. Anyone have more?

I've been waiting over three weeks for a response on one of my key sequence submissions. After reading dawnplayer8's response to this thread, I decided to go back and read the rules. I can find nothing in the "Official Rules" or "Terms & Conditions" that says they'll contact you if your key sequence submission is wrong. Instead, it states that they'll contact you within 14 days if you are "correct". I could find nothing in writing anywhere that obligates them to tell us anything if our submissions are incorrect.

    Herein lies a major problem.

    "Terms & Conditions"

    7) WINNING

    j) Proof of submission is not automatically proof of receipt.

Since they're not obligated to send us a notice that our submission is incorrect, how on earth do we know it's been received? Just because we hit the "Submit" button, doesn't necessarily mean they've even seen our submission.

It might be worth contacting Ron on his contact page, regarding this, and hopefully you should get an early reply

When you submit a map on the website, you are told, quote
"Thank you for your submission - we will verify your answer and get back to you with the result within 2 weeks. Thank you."

It seems to me, that this means they should tell you if your submission is incorrect.
