However, I will certainly abide by the wishes of the author, and I'll cease and desist posting ideas.

    Wah.

    Keep on keepin' on,

Doc, I don't think you've done anything wrong. I feel the same way. I hope I've posted nothing wrong and have tried to consider things carefully. The reasons aren't for winning, its for a good cause and the fun on the hunt. We are all reading a work of art, and reading is highly under-rated in an era of tv. For me, key sequences, especially long and detailed, or critical ideas or paths are out of bounds. Sometimes you don't know what you've got when its a new idea though, which is hard to weigh in on. Best way to deal with this is think about it longer before talking about it. If myself or anyone else has posted such, I would appreciate a PM in order to fix it.

    Doc,
I have to admit that you were right all along, and thank you for your thoughts. Wherever you are, you are really missing out this time. There was only one problem with your logic:
Brad couldn't help but be impressed; his father had been right about Dan Cooper after all.
...and just like the book, the author knew exactly what he was doing and unveiled the method. Most people don't yet see that the trigger has been pulled, which is fine. Nobody would believe it anyway.

Ironic that in chapter one, the second was actually Washington. It was mentioned twice in the encrypted questions. And if you weren't sure, there was another key to the answer...

a little less than six thousand bucks of cash, which an eight year old boy found on the banks of the Columbia River rught where it empties into the Pacific, Near Vancouver, Washington.
