It is quite clear that Ron will validate the true answer so do not expect any lights up or music or even fireworks coming when you are submiting

You are guaranteed not to receive any immediate feedback if/when you enter the correct code, since the website/rules has already stated that the correct sequence is not stored on a computer that is connected to the internet (for security purposes), which would be the only way to give immediate automated feedback.

I submitted an answer I thought was correct a week ago, but was proven wrong, and submitted a variant of it this week, which will likely be wrong again.

I think the big question for me is the meaning of certain clues that should help with the latter half of the sequence (or latter parts, if it is divided into more than two parts).

its should also be noted thats its been 4 days now and no tweets...this much of a gap in tweets has never happened since they started releasing clues at the start of january.(although there is still plenty of time to tweet today).

....also no need to post a clue on friday if it has been solved.....

remember that there is a bunch of paper work and a background check you have to go through before you are declared a winner and that takes time. so it may be a while before they declare someone the winner.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that one of you has finally solved a map and will soon be out there searching for a "silver eagle". As for me, I've never submitted even a guess to a map solve. I wouldn't know a clue if it was highlighted, turned into a snake, and bit me. Doc, as always you amaze me and although I may not understand them all, thank you for sharing your ideas. Like others, I was persuaded to pick up the book again with the release of new clues, unfortunately they've only confused me more. lol I did however, go through some of my notes and found this hint from one of Ron's interviews. *"The solves may be a phrase or latitude or longitude or similar." I realize this is not really new info, but hopefully this reminder might help in the sequence order. As an observation, the first two numbers of 1 & 20, could correspond to a longitude of 120. -120.5?14 could put you with 250 miles of Seattle.

I don't think it's necessarily that difficult--it's just another hint towards the three keys.

    Clue 12 = MISSING
Its DATE in European notation is 10.2.12. An X that's first, a '2' in the middle, and something related to being THIRD as last.

The '12' in this case is both the CLUE and the YEAR. A 'C' and a 'Y'.

These are both related to being a III. C = 3, and a 'Y' inscribed into a circle divides it into THIRDS.

    Just my opinion.

Although, a longitude of 120 is too far east for most of the things we have found.
