Doc
If the omega key started before 'what you know' on p. 9, it was TIME. That would seem to go along with the possibility of an HOUR and MINUTES being involved.

I very much think the final answer consisted of two groups of ten. I was thinking the three keys might have been the 'directions' that pointed us to the correct spots.

I submitted a sequence where the omega key started with "time" and it was rejected.

Keep in mind that I know nothing, but I got the impression that some of those clues could be interpreted in a couple of different ways. I thought the "Omega" key was the second group of ten, AND the last number in that group. I went with the group I went with because all of the letters were fairly close together, and the last letter was "J" which is the 10'th letter. Before "what you know" was "time" which was 10. I had zero confidence in this solution but went with it anyway.

For what it's worth, I do believe there are 3 keys involved in each chapter Doc, but it's a major part of the gold eagle hunt.

And, of course,

The first...

..is equal to the last.

If it was really 'hour' and 'minutes', was it something like every 60th letter?

Just thinking out loud here.

Agree. As was "alpha" I think we'll find.

I agree with you gizmo that the omega key was the last ten letters and the last key in the sequence.

I believed that was "b" since B was his middle initial and the ghost of coopers past holds the omega key.also the other name for Cooper was George Bravo; Bravo is "b" in NATO phonetic alphabet.

I could never resolve that ghost of cooper past thing.

I keep returning to the fact that PQRS are the four letters of the 7 key on a telephone. I'm sure you remember that Q4 = Q7 in the questions. Four keys = seven key.

That's an interesting idea Doc.

The other theory I had regarding the omega key was that it could be found if I xrayed the book.

The ghost of coopers past holds the omega key.Charles Proctor keeps coughing in the book and clearly is suffering from lung disease. He really needed a chest xray.

Maybe the "x" ray really was another clue to ten number sequences
