This clue makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Why use a cipher that is so random to give a clue from a passage from an encoded message that nobody has been able to crack?

?OBKR...... has not been cracked, it's the beginning of part 4
So why include it here? Unless it was just a way for people to identify that this text came from that puzzle.

Do you actually know of a solution for the final bit Oromis as it applies to C4?
