Last clue this year for Chapter 4!
The 14th letter is a 10, 12 or 14.

That clue only helps if you are forcing sequences. No starting point or definite key placement, just choices. Time for Island Treasure.

i.e. the 14th letter you extract might be a 12, but after you cipher it the actual key is something different. Or maybe I'm being too paranoid and it just means one of the 14th keys is one of those. lol.

I believe in past clues, Ron has been pretty up-front that the actual letter he gives is the actual key for that spot on the final map. But, it is Ron and he is obviously in no hurry to see this chapter solved. Must be waiting to see what kind of book sales he gets at the end of the year, or my opinion, he is already working on some other project and this hunt is just a passing fancy for him. Either way, I hope the person that wins this silver eagle likes heat because they will sure have to endure it when they go on the last hunt through Phoenix.

Rejections went out last night so my best effort was not good enough. Now it's on to Island Treasure UK which starts Saturday December 21st. You can find a link on this site (when it is not down or being pirated) in the forum of new hunts.
