1. The word 'fly' is important. It indicates where to look for part of the sequence.

It seems there is a lot of flying going on in the chapter, for example flags, letters with return addresses, Apollo missions, flying to the moon and goddesses on top of buildings.

But most important might be the method of collecting the 20 keys, don't use that to(or too) high of a number!

3. Only thing from the clue is U=A and V=B,etc
Fly means nothing.

What number is TOO HIGH?

Restate the problem:

What number is 'TWO' and 'GHI'?

TWO = 2 and 'GHI' are the letters on the 4 on your telephone keypad.

The number that is TOO HIGH = 24. It's an 'X'.

I disagree. The CH4 clue was something like:
"If after all the hard work you have done and the number you find is too high - use it you must - for the extra help you seek is but a simple clip away."

He straight out told us not to use the high numbers this time. Nothing more, nothing less.

And don't use numbers less than zero either.
Still leaves a number of possibilities for cipher.

As time passes, I'm feeling less and less certain about the cipher. I'm pretty certain on the method, just not the number. Could be 1,2,4,5,6,7,10??
With all the numbers in play, its tough to figure out which number is for what?!! I hope that makes sense. I also think one of the clues is meant to throw us off. Probably the 1888 clue.

Dunno. I haven't submitted for C5 in a long time now.

I've got 5 theories about where the keys are located.
I've got 4 theories about cipher.

For me, no point until these two variables are narrowed down, as this leaves many millions of possibilities.

9. I pretty much know the cipher and where the segments are located. Just not the starting points. And there is a twist that the clues have not revealed yet. Probably won't until after the summer break.

10. There was a reason the particular clue was released on January 9th. Now you know the cipher. You can thank me when you go to Houston.
