The password for this chapter happens to be featured in the text of the chapter, and more commonly thought of as a city in a famous movie. Interestingly, it is also the nickname for Seattle and Toronto, both of which are featured in other chapters of the book (chapter 1 and chapter 10).

Chapter 6 clue: When counting to solve this chapter starting with zero is a must.

4. Computer programmers always start counting from zero. Also found some neat stuff on wiki, probably not related to what Ron is hinting at but interesting none the less.

Good luck all! Especially you Gizmo!!! Where the H-E double hockey sticks is Rx Jeff and the rest of the gang??????????????? Lobster? Morrigan? Vincent? Doc? etc etc

5. My job pretty much consumes me this time of year.
I am still keeping up with the clues and trading ideas.

6. I'm still here...

I thought I had worked out the important parts of the c6 solution before the first clue came out from a large number of hints and prior clues. While I think I am on the right track, there have now been 2 FB clues that imply exactly opposite things which means I'm having to double my work in everything I try.

Frustrating how the FB clues tend to complicate rather than clarify the solutions in the book!

7. Although I guess in fairness, one of the clues was VERY helpful...

I think the clues seem to fit what's in the book... so far. We've used something from the theme of the poem in the previous two chapters, so no surprise there.

However, in the true spirit of the Mel FISHer chapter, I am sure we will get a few clues with red herrings, so don't be too shocked about it

9. Chapter 6 clue: When counting to solve this chapter starting with zero is a must.

Hi all, I'm just getting back to this venture now that the weather is more fitting for indoor activities. So, I cracked open my book and the first thing I see is a note I made to myself years ago on the page with the picture... "the 5 dashes on the bow of the ship are morse code for the number 0".

My notes are more focused on the cross on the sail. It's leaning slightly to the right, which sort of contradicts the first clue of the chapter? I figured it was a clue pointing to the optic cross and/or importance of the rosary in the chapter. A simple google search of "rosary" will lead you to a 5x5 chapter 4 question (sitting at 14 o'clock in the archives).
