    Default Customer Support @ Scrollquest

    Hey Everyone,

    I know this information is out and about, but I thought I would drop on and consolidate it in an easy to access posting.

    If you have any problems or questions about/with the store, orders placed, or order status, our customer support email is...

    store@scrollquest.com

    and if you have nay issues reguarding ambroses attic the support email for the attic is...

    attic@scrollquest.com

    Now there are tons of other ways of getting a hold of me and the rest of the scrollquest staff, but I think you will find that these 2 email addresses will end up being the most efficient and get you the fastest response.

    Default Unsent order

    I'm just posting this here to cover all my bases, and in no way am I slamming the ScrollQuest team.

    I ordered my scrolls on 9/22/06 and still have not received any of them. I sent an e-mail to the ScrollQuest store contact e-mail address asking about the shipment delay, and received no response.

    Could someone make an effort to respond concerning my order shipment? My order number was "ScrollQuest Things Order ID #197"
    This number was provided on my Order Confirmation E-mail.

    Thanks for looking into it, and I'm looking forward to getting my scrolls.

    I also ordered scrolls on 9/22/06, and noticed that the site was acting very sluggish. I was charged on 9/25/06, but have not recieved anything yet. I sent an email today.

    Here is an update on Customer Support at SQ....there is none.

    We were told that the Customer Service Representative was Curtis Burdine. I sent Curtis several emails about problems I have had with SQ. All of them went unanswered. PLUS, it was later determined that Curtis Burdine is a fictional character!

    SQ has not had any positive feedback for MONTHS.

    So my advice, don't waste your time. If you are having problems, go to the BBB.

    Default Order not Received

    After countless times of emailing scrollquest and receiving no replies I have decided to post here.

    I placed an order September, 2006. My card was charged October 1, 2006. The order was for the compendium book and a Xi scroll. After a month or so and many emails, I finally received the Xi-Manga scroll, which I did not order, but have not received my book as of today.

    I pre-ordered the book so I could be one of the first to have one.....but still have no book.

    Please look into this! I am very upset about this and highly disappointed. I've sent a lot of business your way and hope you have not done this to others.

    As Beth said, contact the BBB and FTC. S.Q. has broken many laws and seems to be trying to run. Contact Pirates magazine as well. They are the main advertiser for S.Q. right now and would appreciate feedback.

    everyone. if you charged a charge card for a scrollquest item, and have not received it in a reasonable about of time (like a month), then simply call the phone number on your charge card bill under disputes and tell them that you never received the product and want a reversal of the charge.

    they will reverse the charge and contact scrollquest. if they ask, tell them that you tried to contact SQ several times with no successs.

    you CAN get your money back! it's the law!

    What if they filled part of your order? How can you dispute part of it?

    same thing, if it's been over say a month, you can tell the charge card company what the remaining charge is, and they'll try to contact SQ and if they can't get you satisfaction they will refund the money to you.

    considering that the phone number SQ gives out on their charges is no longer in service, I don't think there'll be an issue.
