Great idea. And how about gypped winners? Something like "I won the $50,000 treasure hunt, and all I got was this lousy t-shirt!".

    holli -

Sorry if I missed this in an earlier topic - I have been looking - but, I couldn't find it - but, did you get your prize? Just wondering if the prize was up to the hype - was it really worth $50,000? Just curious... Has anyone heard from Jason or Evan lately about what is going on??? Did you really get a t-shirt that said b*itches (sorry - not sure if you were joking)...

    Thanks.

    Jade

I've also been contacting the people Jason ripped off on eBay, letting them know who he is and where he lives.

Say... In Texas, a legal cause of action is considered an asset that can be assigned or transferred. If the Gagas want to 'sell' me their claim, I'll be happy to sue Jason on it. Sherman is pretty convenient to me. Collecting is real hard in Texas, but I can get a judgment that will follow him around like a black cloud. He won't be able to buy or sell a house for the rest of his life without settling the claim. Just an idea.

Wow, leave for awhile and look at all the action. I am sorry to hear about the GA prize. Even though it may not appear so, I really am. I am sorry for any comments I made in the past regarding the Ga-Ga's. I was just a little miffed at SQ and my judgement got the better of me. I had my issues with Jason and everyone at SQ and I took it out on my fellow hunters. I apologize. When I started having problems with SQ a lot of people on here did not like what I was saying, and I guess I was being a "grumpy" old man. lol

I have a brother who lives in the Houston area. Isn't that where Jason is now? I would be all for a group action or whatever to help resolve issues on prizes and merchandise not awarded or delivered.
