The 20 symbols of the celtic tree calendar each represent a letter(s) and the symbols closely resemble those of our HBC.

Has anyone tried putting the three rings together? They form a round calender. What do you know about the Celtic calender? I find that the Zodiac has alot to do with this puzzle! So build your round calenders from the book and read the stars!

What can you tell me about the Celtic tree calender? I know very little about it but notice that in the book there are many Celtic symbols. I know about the Mayan calender and there round calender wich is 3 calenders made of 3 rings wich if you look in the book 3 comes up many, many times and they give you the 3 rings in the back of the book.

From what I understand, the celtic tree calendar or "ogmah" is divided into 13 months with an extra day or so added at the end of the year to adjust the calendar. Each of the months correspond to the vowels of the ogmah. Every month is designated a tree.

** The calendar uses a mathematical arrangement to keep a normal 12 month calendar in sync with the moon and keeps the whole system in sync by adding an extra month every 2 1/2 years. The celtic calendar registers a five-year cycle of 62 lunar months, divided into a "bright" and a "dark" fortnight (or half a moon cycle) each. The months were possibly taken to begin at full moon, and a 13th intercalary month was added every two and a half years to align the lunations with the solar year.

**this part was taken from wiki-you can find more info there.

Which three rings in the book are yo talking about? The eclipse spells?

Actually, acording to the author, the hunt is still active. The ring claims may or may not be honored however. Here is a piece of an interview given here in twelve:

17:14] Tweleve.Org: What advice would you give to a person with the solve -- I understand your opinion is that they would be a creditor at that point, but how would they submit
[17:14] Tweleve.Org: Is the submission method intact

[17:15] MS: the proceedures for the hunt havent changed.

    also:

[17:00] Tweleve.Org: I dont think you have either - but some maybe believe the internet had something to do with tracking the solve down -- let me rephrase: Is the path to the solution still intact?

[17:02] MS: again, this may be a trustee issue but the website was not required for a solution. the solution is as it always was.

[17:02] Tweleve.Org: Id like to try and pin this issue down - how could it be a trustee issue?
[17:03] Tweleve.Org: The solution is as it always was - i appreciate that, can we call the path to the solution, regardless of method -- intact?

[17:03] MS: if they decide not to honor a claim then it is their decision.
