Default Email sent to the trustees.

On Monday, June 22, 2009, I sent the following email to the trustees listed in the bankruptcy documents posted on this forum. I'm still awaiting a response.

"On 11-09-08, an interview was conducted via instant messaging on the Tweleve forum with Michael Stadther. I have no way of proving one way or the other if this was actually Michael Stadther being interviewed, but I assume it to be true. During that interview he stated that at that time, the Secrets of the Alchemist Dar contest had not been canceled, and that ďthe solution is as it always was.Ē Here is a link to that interview.

    Comments from Stadther 11-9-08

I knew about the bankruptcy, but because of that interview, I continued working on the puzzle. To the best of my knowledge, the contest still hasnít been canceled. Iíve read through the bankruptcy documents that have been posted on the Tweleve forum, and I havenít seen anything in them that indicates that the contest has been canceled. Yet, the prizes for that contest are being sold. If the contest really has been canceled, I would like to know when this happened, and where that announcement was made. Following is a link to the bankruptcy documents that were posted on the Tweleve forum.

    Bankruptcy update 06/15/2009

The reason I bring this up, is that a couple of years ago, I discovered some things in the book that made me think I was on the right track in my search for a solution to The Secrets of the Alchemist Dar contest. A few weeks ago, everything finally fell into place. I then heard that the rings were being sold to settle the bankruptcy. As soon as I heard that the rings were being sold, I tried to redeem them by the method described in the book, but found that now, that method is no longer valid. One of two things has taken place here. Either my solution is wrong, or the method of redemption described in the book really has been turned off, but the contest hasnít been officially canceled.

So hereís a hypothetical question for you, which is the reason for this letter in the first place. Letís say, for instance, that I really did solve this thing. Since Iíve never heard anything about the contest being officially canceled, where does that leave me, or anyone else who can redeem a ring at this point?"

Pretty sure that the selling of the prize along with the website not working means this contest is done. I hope that you will take the time to share your solution with the rest of us as we all really want to know that more than receive a prize...please....
