Default Are People Still Working On This?

I'm just wondering if people are still working on this. If so, I wouldn't mind digging out any of my old notes and posting them on here. I just don't want to do it if nobody is bothering with it.

I did pull out my notes again and start to work on them this pas week. I've been focusing on the Huge Code Block (Book of Spells, pp. 16-19) and trying to determine what each of the four actions might mean in the hint phrase (emphasized by MS):

"The symbols in the book swirled and coalesced in his mind, combined and formed anew, and gradually, he understood them"

So I would love to see any of your notes that you'd be willing to post (in general, and on those pages in particular).

Ok, well here's what I was looking at when the website went offline:

My belief was always that the book would provide clues to solving the HCB and that when you figured out the code, you would have the location(s)/method(s) for getting a ring. So I was working on the "teardrop" code.

On the workshop page, there are woodchips all around on the table, and on each side of the pic. If you only look at the woodchips on the table, you can compare them to the woodchips that surround pook on the facing page. I numbered the woodchips arbitrarily 1-5 across the bottom, and then the odd chip above him I gave a number six. When you compare the chips to the ones on the table, you see that they are the same. The ones on the lefthand side of the page are 1-6, and the ones on the right are 1-5 (but mirror image)
This corresponds exactly to the teardrop code, if you use the number of angles on each shape. So my belief was that the workshop page was somehow used to give a hint as to how to decode the teardrops, and they in turn would give a clue as to how to decode the main code blocks. The woodchips scrolling around the workshop pic also use the same code as the teardrop code, but with chips instead.

Anyhow, this is as far as I got before the hunt went defunct. IDK if it will help anyone at all, but I wish you GL in it.
