I must admit I counted from the list of frequencies rather than the blocks themselves. I don't know whether the numbers will help or not.

    Hmm...
    I've added my column counts.
I have 265 for Child's Play and 487 for torment.

    I'll check my counts later.

So did anyone check out the obvious dead end from this page? It has an ouroboros circumscribing a triangle.

    Default The pseudo Hebrew

I keep going back to poke at these. I'm thinking mirror writing. That ties in nicely with one section from the Davinci Code also. I even sent a copy to a friend in Israel with instructions to show it to every bilingual Hebrew/English speaker with whom she comes in contact.

Here's what I have so far:

I also see "renew" at the end of the second one when using the horizontal flip/mirror.

I have been looking at those today, too. Trying to learn how to write Hebrew. From what I can tell, two of the characters from the first one don't exist in nature. This leads me to believe these are to be interpreted another way, or they are junk. One thing I noticed is that there are six dots in each string.

BTW, I think your first image is flipped vertically from what is on the web page.

probably useless info but 609.org (from dcix) and ulser.org have the same registrant, Future Media Architects, www.fma.com

of course, they have many thousands of domain names, so it's probably pure coincidence

(But at least you know somebody else tried, lol)

I have counted the blocks from the picture itself now and I do get 487 for Torment.

I also counted the number of each letter and its orientation - base of letter at the bottom, on the left, at the top, on the right.

    A - 6, 7, 5, 7 (25)
    B - 5, 5, 6, 7 (23)
    C - 5, 8, 6, 6, (25)
    D - 5, 5, 5, 1 (16)
    E - 5, 5, 6, 4 (20)
    F - 7, 8, 7, 5 (27)
    G - 0, 6, 4, 5 (15)
    J - 6, 7, 1, 5 (19)
    K - 5, 6, 5, 5 (21)
    L - 5, 7, 7, 6 (25)
    M - 4, 5, 6, 7 (22)
    P - 7, 8, 6, 6 (27)
    Q - 6, 3, 5, 4 (1
    R - 5, 2, 7, 6 (20)
    S - 5, 8, 0, 5 (1
    T - 7, 7, 0, 5 (19)
    U - 5, 6, 0, 0 (11)
    V - 6, 0, 6, 5 (17)
    W - 2, 5, 5, 7 (16)
    Y - 6, 6, 4, 4 (20)

Letters where I was not sure of the orientation:
    H - 5, 6 (11)
    I - 5, 8 (13)
    N - 7, 7 (14)
    O - 8 (
    X - 0, 5 (5)
    Z - 4, 6 (10)
