GG (plus his various incarnations) uses deaddrop.cc to upload files and photos. He then links back to them when he posts in forums. He usually doesn't leave them up for long and then they vanish. The Yahoo Bee group has several deaddrop.cc links in it going back over a year, not just that one pdf file. Now they all just route back to the Carathis page.

The "Abyss" hint for the Blocks that GG posted on the Secret World Forums also linked back to deaddrop.cc, while it was viewable.

The contact person for themostabstruse.com is now Jens Schwarz, but prior to May 5 it was Ueli Hoffman. Hoffman is still the contact person for deaddrop.cc.

Not sure what to make of it all, if anything.

    Lots and lots of bees.

    Ok so i emailed joh.trit@gmail.com ....
Me: Tell me everything about deaddrop.cc....
Joh: To Whom It May Concern,

Due to dire circumstances I am forced to extend my sabbatical until
    further notice.

    - Joh. Trit.
    *end of message*
I got a answer after 10 secs.... it must be a bot.

*EDIT* His full name is Johann Trithemius.
I googled it and got this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johannes_Trithemius
But his first name is Johann and not Johannes.
His last name is also a Cipher: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trithemius_cipher
Which after a while leads me here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vigenère cipher

So he basicly uses his site as a deaddrop for information about bees? This is getting too absurd...

So, I e-mailed David, asking how he was able to access the bait hive instructions from deaddrop back in January. After saying that he couldn't get to the files posted in February (topbarcloth1.jpg and topbarcloth2.jpg), this was his reply:

"Maybe I should be using another PC. Iou may need to be trying different
    operating systems and different browsers."

Just guessing, but I don't think there is any mystery about how to open these posted files. If you happened to be on the board while they were still an active link, you just pulled them up or clicked on them. After GG took them off deaddrop, then it just wasn't possible to open them, even though the url still showed.

The "Abyss" photo was easy to see if you happened to be on the Secret World forum that day. It was also easy to make a copy and save it, while the link was still live.

I don't know about all the bee posts. It may be possible GG is a real apiarist and these are legitimate messages unrelated to Tormentum. I'm not sure why he would use the joh.trit Email, though, if he wasn't trying to leave some sort of trail.

Maybe he decided to leave an unrelated trail just to ...uh..torment us!

Oops, sorry. I just noticed the above link doesn't seem to show the correct info.

Here is a thread with some of Ueli Hoffman's posts in it. If you click on his name, choose "view forum posts" and you should be able to see them all. He has listed Carlsford, Indiana as his location, but I can't seem to find the town on any map and think it may be fictional.

    Using a Warre quilt

For what it's worth, Warre hives seem to be the subject GG, Ueli and johtrit are all interested in discussing.

I compared the two images, carathis.jpg and a photo.
Interesting... it looks like that the owl may have been or could be on the photograph taken by someone random!

Look closely... also, i made the owl area more sharp.
