Hi Emmett.
I'm curious - have you had as much activity with this hunt as you expected?
I put on some free hunts, but spend a fair amount of Adwords $ getting participants. Can't afford to payout larger prizes than I do today ($50 - $100).
thanks
Just wanted to let you know that my first hunt launched this week. You should definitely check it out. It's going to be awesome.

Tweleve is pleased to announce its first official armchair treasure hunt, The Case of the Missing Maps. This new hunt was designed exclusively for Tweleve by forum member and frequent contributor, Brady Emmett, known on the forums as moscow32. The puzzle, with three striking downloadable pages, will challenge and delight puzzle solvers of all ages and abilities.
"I combined my love for maps with my love of puzzle solving for this hunt," said Emmett. "I was first drawn to armchair treasure hunting in 2005 by Michael Stadther's A Treasure's Trove, and have since participated in many other hunts, often alongside other Tweleve forum members. I thought this would be a way to give back to the treasure hunting community."
A fervent proponent of collaborative solving, Emmett hid a token within the continental United states with the hopes that a group of puzzle solvers would work together to solve the mystery of the missing maps. The person or group who retrieves the token, and follows the redemption instructions, will be awarded a prize of $250.
The Case of the Missing Maps is available for download now at http://www.lulu.com/content/1584188 for a price of $3.
We look forward to this being the beginning of a great year of TweleveHunts. Happy Holidays and Happy Hunting!

Hi Xcalibor!
Frankly, no, I haven't gotten the level of activity on the hunt that I'd hoped. Really, what I wanted to do was get people talking and solving together, and that's been a little lacking on the forum side. I know some people are discussing off forum, which is ok too.
I haven't used any other advertising than Tweleve, but then the puzzle was written specifically as a TweleveHunt.
Best of luck with your puzzles. If you've got more, you should definitely post them here. It's a great way to get more visibility.
Cheers-
Brady (moscow32)

I write articles online at Gather.com, and I would gladly post articles about any hunts that you all want exposure on. Just PM me with the info that you want in the article and I will associate it to TWELEVE.ORG and post it for you. I love you guys and gals, so when ever you need me, holler.
Also I wonder if a prepaid visa can be used to buy these treasure books and articles online?
