    I got:

    Code:
    DANIEL MCGINNIS
AT (?D) METRES THERE IS YOUR
    KEY (down arrow)
I am not getting the rest of it. The coordinates put you in the middle of Nova Scotia, not Oak Island. But the Daniel McGinnis clue clearly indicates Oak Island. Interestingly, a Google search turned up a geocache in Oak Island, North Carolina.

Take the numbers in parentheses as numbers (plaintext) not ciphertext.
