    ZlatoBlato,
Hey...no,,from alot of things. Anagrams that pointed to Calif. The picture of Rusful in the tree, there looks like a P in the corner with him, I was thinking Pacific/Presido. The comment that the author made about so many people passing the site each day, I thought of the bridge. The picture of Rusful looking back at you in the water also made me think of the bridge.
Actually many other things also..but nothing really concrete. Like everyone...I have bags of stuff that lead to nowhere! But this was pretty close.

My son tells me daily now..."see dad, you should have listened to me..we should have kept going!"

This is after finding out that we were literally within a couple hundred feet to Prayer Book Garden while searching GGpark..it was getting late..we had an 8 hour drive home. The simple words of an 8 year old!

Lesson: Listen to the little voice in your head, especially if it's right in front of you speaking loud and clear!

    Jclark,
How did you and your son arrive at a solution which led you to GGSP? Was it through the cross centers or through he book clues. After all you must have been confident enough to drive eight hours to get there.

actually, we were working with someone else that got Golden Gate Park from the first National Treasure Clue. It was a totally different solution, but seemed to work.. and we were trying to use page 78 map..it fit a few places there. Prayer Book was an afterthought...an "if we had time" thing to check out...oops. It is weird how the solution led to the same park.. it stated (what they came up with) "Seek where gems rested late Jan." Or something like that.. anagrammed..Well, the gems all were held at the Science Museum "AT" GGP the previous Jan, on display. it seemed to fit. and the map on 78 fit the area as well. It also fit the arboretum, near the John Muir trail at the 'Childrens Garden" there. Our last stop on our way out was going t be Prayer Book.. we were hiking up to it on a trail!! Got to the roads and thought.... ahhhh. we should head back. Thinking back.. clues being "crosses" I should have just checked, hoped for a miracle or something...hindsight!

Either way.. what they had fit. MS "was" there the previous year on tour with the gems, or book readings or something.. so yes.. it was there from the beginning.

    Default Rusful

Yeah we thought so too! They have a children's path with coloring book to lead them along the way... Plus the golf course, the view of the bridge, and lots of overlooks.
But we were also focusing on Crissy Field.(there is a pet cemetery there) Through out the hunt, from the beginning, we have anagrammed names that seem to pop up over and over, Lincoln, Porkeepsie, Mounds, and the Army Corp of Engineer's has to have something to do with all of this!...
I have a place we searched...and came up with nothing...it was a delirious drive and by the time we got there it was dusk...would love to go back as it has something special that I think ties it all together.
But..San Fran has alot of walks, even through neighborhoods...some of the famous tree's are "smelly" I thought of the Smelly Doth here!
Personally, I would have to go with Texas as the next state of choice for a token (if there is indeed any left.)
My bet is an Ana, Zac and Yorah token yet to be found..all the forest mates may be the clue to there whereabouts since they saved them...

That was me! We used an anagram of all the letters from the first clue. We asked if anyone wanted to go check a location we had, and the Clark family did it for us!!!!! By the way, the anagram was a complete sentence, no abbreviations, and used all the letters. It's on my mom's computer I wrecked though, so I don't know what it was off the top of my head. I'd prolly have to do it all over again. You can go back int he archive and see the posts where I was asking everyone where the jewels were displayed in "late January". LOL!

    Default Found it!

Here is what the first set of letters anagrammed to. Keep in mind we thought these new clues were in addition to the two fairy flower clues that sat unsolved on the ATT site.

AND ROAM AREA LOOSE JEWELS SEEN LATE JAN

So we thought the first two clues gave you California and maybe San Francisco. The closest park to where the exhibit was is Golden Gate Park. It got more convincing when the next set of letters came out. We applied the "fairy map" that was left over to pick out where the token should be. Coincidentally, the map overlays a portion of the park perfectly. But alas, it was not there.
